Moontribe

A dedicated group of 12 Arizona ravers arrived at their destination after 11 long hours of driving on windy, dark highways just to realize the party was overcrowded and no more people were allowed in. Tired and frustrated, we decided to remain positive and camped in the vicinity to see if we could get in the next day. We ended up having a lot of fun at our own little rave party, spending the night dancing, chatting and grooving around the camp fire. | By daylight, we went hiking in the surrounding hills and soaked up the beauty of the park. We were allowed in the Moontribe campground the next day but, most of the ravers had left and the party was winding down. So, after a couple of hours we headed back for Phoenix. Despite missing the main event, it was still a great trip. Once in a while, you get to practice keeping a positive attitude to ejoy yourself when things don't quite turn out the way you expect:) |
